Julie Ko is a board-certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in healthcare and over 10 years of experience in aesthetic medicine. She began her career as a registered nurse before receiving a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) and a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree, both from the University of Washington.
Dr. Julie has specialty training in a wide variety of aesthetic medicine practices including Botulinum Toxin A (BOTOX), Dermal Fillers, aesthetic laser, PRP/PRF, and more. Prior to Medical Aesthetics, Dr. Ko specialized in Obesity Medicine, where she focused on treating conditions such as pancreatitis, gallbladder issues, and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. She is a member of the Obesity Medicine Association.

Olga is a graduate of the University of Washington’s prestigious School of Nursing where she graduated with her Doctorate in Nursing Practice. She first learned about the aesthetic industry as a DNP student, where she met Dr. Julie in her final clinical rotation. “I was immediately intrigued. There was this whole other side of medicine where I could use my creative talents, make a difference, and apply the years of education and bedside experience I acquired.” Upon graduating, Olga started her career working as a cardiology nurse practitioner, all the while completing numerous aesthetic training, shadowing, and training with Dr. Julie at Radiance. In her spare time, she loves to stay active, spend time with her loved ones, and escape the Washington rain when she can with her husband and fur baby Ava.
Tiffany was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska where she studied at the University of Alaska Anchorage. In 2013, she moved to Washington and made it her home. She has over 13 years of experience in customer service and 6 years in management. “I’m passionate about customer experience and making sure each and every person receives the highest level of service and attention.” As Practice Manager, Tiffany ensures that practice operations run smoothly, oversees the front desk and staff, and ensures all clients are provided service at the highest possible standard. She’s a professional that’s dedicated to providing excellent customer service, makes clients feel welcome, and enjoys taking on new challenges. In her free time, Tiffany enjoys traveling, cooking (her favorite being Thai/Lao food), and watching Harry Potter marathons with her family.
