When will this change happen?
All memberships will transition to our new system on March 14, 2025.
What happens to my current membership funds?
We have worked with RepeatMD to ensure that any unused membership funds will be transferred to your Boulevard Membership Account as a credit. You won’t lose any of the money you’ve already paid! This includes Hydrafacial Membership funds, which will also be converted into credits.
What’s different about the new system?
- No more Radiance VIP App—everything will be managed in Boulevard.
- Your membership benefits remain mostly the same, with a few small adjustments (see Question #6 below).
- A streamlined experience with everything in one place!
Will my payment date change?
No. Your monthly membership charge will stay on the same date as when you originally signed up. For example, if your membership started on July 10, 2024, your card will continue to be charged on the 10th of every month.
Will my stored payment method transfer over?
No. We cannot transfer credit card information from RepeatMD. We will reach out to you to collect new payment details, or you can call us at 425-529-6333 to update your card on file.
How will the Silver, Gold, and Platinum Memberships work in Boulevard?
Instead of the previous “choose 1 per month” benefit structure, all membership funds will now be deposited into a Beauty Bank. Your Beauty Bank dollars never expire and can be used toward any product or service in the clinic.
Exclusive Member-Only Pricing remains unchanged, so you’ll still enjoy $12/unit tox pricing and discounts on services based on your membership level.
What about Hydrafacial Memberships?
Hydrafacial Members will continue to receive a Voucher every month for a free Deluxe or Platinum Hydrafacial (depending on Membership level) in addition to all of the other benefits you currently enjoy with your membership. Hydrafacial Vouchers do not expire.
