Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Radiance Skin Laser, we value both our clients’ time and our providers’ time. In order to provide the highest level of service and accommodate all scheduled appointments fairly, we kindly ask that all clients review and respect our cancellation policy.

Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling request.

Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or modified with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a $150 late cancellation fee. This policy allows us the opportunity to offer appointment times to other clients who may be waiting for availability.

If you are unable to make your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate other clients and assist with rescheduling.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice (“no-shows”) will be charged a $150 no-show fee. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require a deposit or prepayment to book future appointments.

Deposits & Reserved Appointments

Certain treatments or extended appointments may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time and may be applied toward the cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals

We understand that delays can happen. If you are running late, please contact our office as soon as possible. Depending on provider availability, we may need to shorten your treatment time or reschedule your appointment in order to avoid impacting other scheduled clients.

Clients arriving excessively late may be considered a missed appointment and subject to the cancellation fee.

Package Policy

All treatment packages purchased at Radiance Skin Laser must be used within one (1) year of the original purchase date. Any unused sessions remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

We encourage clients to schedule treatments accordingly to ensure all sessions are completed within the allotted timeframe.

Courtesy Reminders

As a courtesy, appointment reminders may be sent via text message or email. However, it remains the client’s responsibility to keep track of scheduled appointments and comply with the cancellation policy.

By scheduling an appointment with Radiance Skin Laser, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation and no-show policy.
